In 2023, we recorded a CO₂ saving of 132 tons.

In 2024, thanks to the acquisition of new trucks running on alternative energies, Oleo 100 & BioGNV, we achieved a CO₂ saving of 452.80 tons.

🌍As part of its development strategy, our import/export entity, SOTECAN INTERNATIONAL, has obtained AEO-C certification (Authorized Economic Operator – Customs).

In the short term, this will allow us to secure a bonded warehouse authorization in Laval (53, Mayenne), a key hub for international operations in Brittany and Pays de la Loire.

Stategic Realignment of Maritime Alliances in 2025 : HAPAG Joins MAERSK to Form “The Gemini Cooperation”

Maritime alliances play a crucial role in the shipping industry, bringing together multiple carriers to optimize their operations on key trade routes worldwide. These cooperation agreements allow members to combine their strengths to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and provide broader coverage to their customers.

In 2025, the landscape of maritime alliances will undergo a significant transformation. HAPAG, one of the major players in the industry, has announced its departure from “THE Alliance,” to which it has been affiliated until now. This separation will take effect in January 2025, marking the end of a strategic collaboration spanning several years.

As part of a strategic repositioning, HAPAG will partner with MAERSK, another leading figure in maritime transport, to create a new alliance: “The Gemini Cooperation.” This new entity will be established in February 2025 and is set to redefine the dynamics of global maritime transport.
